Duties:
As a member of the Partner Marketing team, you will work with multiple teams across various functions including Marketing channel owners, Client Success, Finance, Product, Legal, and Analytics to ensure that retail partners are onboarded, launched, and marketing campaigns are planned and executed flawlessly. Success in this role is to own the end-to-end marketing relationship with our partners, leading omnichannel strategy, campaign development, execution and reporting. You are an experienced and confident marketer, who drives for clarity, leads in ambiguous situations, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while continually finding ways to drive value.
Responsibilities:
Own the holistic retailer marketing relationship driving success for our retail partners at launch and throughout the relationship.
Strategically and creatively partner with retailers on marketing programs that will drive new customer acquisition and Sales growth from creative concept to launch, analysis and reporting.
Drive retailer engagement and participation in ***** marketing efforts to achieve revenue and customer goals.
Collaborate with retail partners to maintain consistent ***** branding/support across their channels
Partner across Marketing Channel Owners, Client Success, Legal, Analytics to support retailers across ***** Owned channels
Be a shepherd for the ***** brand, ensuring messaging and positioning in retailer marketing campaigns aligns with overall ***** brand positioning
Work hand in hand with Partner Success to drive overall business outcomes for the partnership
Skills:
– You are strategic marketer and excited about the opportunity to surface new and innovative ways to connect customers and merchants
– Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing with experience in a retail organization
– Experienced in developing full-funnel marketing strategies that deliver against customer goals
– You are a self-starter, able to take ownership and responsibility for projects. You anticipate problems and roll up your sleeves to tackle large projects and get things done
– You communicate proactively and effectively with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
– You have proven success in developing strong campaigns across channels
Qualifications
-7+ years relevant work experience in marketing with proven ability to develop and lead large-scale omnichannel marketing campaigns
-Background working with traditional and digital media
-Retail and agency experience a plus
-4+ year College/University graduate
